eÑe is based in Buenos Aires and Mexico City, two of the most important hubs for Latin American Culture.

 

We are specialists in Latin American performing arts, providing tools for artists, presenters, and producers to bridge the gap between Latin America and the rest of the world. 

One of our main interests is fostering a new generation of Latin American artists by helping them develop their international scope.

MARKETING STRATEGIES AND CIRCULATION

We design strategies to market and circulate projects outside the region as well as introduce artists and projects from elsewhere into the Latin American market.

We map out the Latin American scene focusing on the diversity of artistic disciplines according to the interests of each organization, as well as by genre (theater, puppetry, performance, theater for young audiences, contemporary dance, etc.)

We help artists developing strategies to meet the challenges of the world arts scene and its new creative endeavors. We work with them on their marketing and communication material, as well as build their global network to find peers with whom they may collaborate thus building a regional and global network.

Débora Staiff is a Buenos Aires-based arts manager and creative producer with extensive experience in theater and music. Her producing work spans from music records and concerts, to theater and international touring. She has worked on the public sector as well, as the Vice Secretary of Citizen Culture at the Ministry of Culture in Argentina, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Cultural sector, at the Secretary of Culture of the City of Buenos Aires as its chief of Staff, and was  the producer of the first edition of BAFICI, Buenos Aires International Film Festival.
She is the head of Índigo Producciones, producing and distributing Latin American performing arts, as well as consulting for the past 15 years. The company has secured and managed tours for artists in the US, Canada,Mexico, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Brazil, Austria, Australia, Chile, Slovenia and Denmak.

Shoshana Polanco is a creative producer with international exposure and work experience in Buenos Aires, New York, and Mexico City. She has worked for major festivals such as the Cervantino in Mexico, FIBA in Buenos Aires, and TeatroStageFest and Lincoln Center Festival in NYC.

As a consultant, she was hired by Southern Exposure (Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation), Made in Scotland (Creative Scotland), Music Theatre Now (ITI Germany), Rolex Mentor and Protege Program (Rolex Foundation), and ALIAS (dance company based in Switzerland) among others. In NYC she worked at BAM, PS122, Under the Radar, and The Builders Association. In Mexico, she works for La Teatrería developing new productions and long-term strategies for the company.

Ms Polanco is a 2014 ISPA fellow and she holds a Magna Cum Laude BA from the CUNY Baccalaureate Program in Women in Performance.
